Maria helped me purchase my first investment property in the USA. Since I knew very little of the US market, I needed a professional person who had a creative approach and would make the market more transparent. Maria has very extensive local knowledge and with her creative insight suggested ideas that I had not yet considered. The reasoning was sound and based on investment plans that were successful for other investors. Once the decision was made in which market segment to invest into, the process of finding properties was expertly handled and I found exactly what I was looking for during a fact finding visit.
